From the period before the first bell until the mid-break to the after-school period, F.I.T KID coaches are here to help your school create limitless opportunities for your students to play and at the same time, build their student leadership skills.

F.I.T KID coaches have engineered a system wherein play during recess is geared towards acquiring many social, emotional, cognitive, and physical benefits to children. To make this happen, our coach will be in your school playground during breaks and will work together with an educator in order to provide and introduce activities to students.
